Corrupted file when computer suddenly shutdown

Description

--Sorry for my bad English--
When computer suddenly shutdown due to electrical problem, any po file which being edit at that moment will become corrupted and can not be open.
On open its said: Couldn't load file........vi.po, it is probably corrupted.
The po file size drop to 0 bytes, the mo file still intact though...

This is certainly not the case as described. It may be possible to loose a file if your computer powers off at the precise moment of saving a file, depending on how your OS and filesystem are configured. (You don't provide any details here, but I very much suspect that you use ext4 with an older Linux kernel, in which case I recommend upgrading your system. Or configure your system to use fully journaled writes (especially if you don't make backups.)

You can convert the MO file into PO file with the msgunfmt command-line tool, see man msgunfmt.
